National Vocational Training Board (Apprentice Training) Regulations 1978IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Board by section 16 of the National Vocational Training Act, 1970 (Act 351) and with the approval of the Commissioner responsible for Labour and Social Welfare, these Regulations are made this 27th day of July, 1978.

1. Application.

These Regulations shall apply to all apprentices and employers of apprentices registered with the Board.

2. Appointment of National Apprenticeship Council.

(1)There shall be established for the purpose of these Regulations a Committee of the Board which shall be called the National Apprenticeship Council and which shall consist of:
