IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Commissioner by section 11 of the Minerals Act, 1962 (Act 126) these regulations are made this 12th day of September, 1978.

1. Second Schedule of L.I. 231 Amended

The Minerals Regulations, 1962 (L.I. 231) as amended are hereby further amended by the substitution for the second schedule thereto of the following new schedule:
