1. Regulation 1 - L.I. 319 Amended.
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon the Supreme Military Council by section 31 of the Judicial Service Act, 1960 (C.A. 10), these Regulations are made this 15th day of September, 1978.The Judicial Service Regulations, 1963 (L.I. 319) are hereby amended in paragraph (1) of regulation 48 thereof, by the substitution for the words “sixty years” of the words “fifty-five years”.2. Regulation 2 - Commencement.
