IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Commissioner responsible for Lands by section 6 of the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act 125) the following regulations are made this 9th day of May 1979.The State Lands Regulations, 1962 (L.I. 230) as amended are hereby further amended by the insertion immediately after regulation 11 thereof of the following new Regulations:

"11A. "Application in Respect of Residential Plots".

(1)An applicant for a lease of land for residential purposes shall submit two passport sized photographs for identification.
