IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Board by section 14 of the Ghana Water and Sewerage Corporation Act, 1965 (Act 310) and with the approval of the Commissioner responsible for Works and Housing, these Regulations are made this 31st day of August, 1979.

1. Declaration of an Area as a Connection Area.

(1)The Ghana Water and Sewerage Corporation referred to in these Regulations as “the Corporation’, may by a notice published in the Local Government Bulletin declare any area specified in the Local Government Bulletin to be a connection area.
