IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for Transport by section 33 of the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1952 (No. 55), these Regulations are made this 4th day of February, 1980.

1. Approved Transport Fares.

The fares specified in the First Schedule to these Regulations shall be the approved maximum fares at which passengers shall be carried by road transport throughout Ghana.

2. Approved Baggage, Parcel and Road Haulage Rates.
