IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for the Interior by section 8 of the Auction Sales Law, 1989 (PNDCL 230) these Regulations are made this 20th day of June, 2001.

1. Regulation 1 - Licence Fees

An auctioneer shall pay in respect of each licence an initial registration fee of ¢1,500,000.00 to the Auctioneers Registration Board.

2. Regulation 2 - Renewal Fee

A licence issued under regulation 1 may be renewed for a fee of ¢1,000,000.00.
