Police Service (Private Security Organisations)(Amendment) Regulations, 2001

1. L.I. 1571 Amended

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for the Interior by section 38 of the Police Service Act 1970 (Act 350) these Regulations are made this 20th day of June, 2001.The Police Service (Private Security Organisations) Regulations 1993 (L.I. 1571) as amended are further amended as follows:
(a)in regulations 2 (1) (a), by the substitution for “five thousand cedis” of “¢500,000.00”.
(b)in regulation 3, by the substitution for “¢100,000” of “¢2 million”; and
(c)in regulation 4, by the substitution for ¢100,000” of “¢1million”.
