Part 1 – GENERAL RULES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC FUNDS

1. Financial Responsibilities of Public Officers

(1)Any public officer who responsible

(a)for the conduct of financial business on behalf of the Government of Ghana,

(b)the receipt, custody and disbursement of public and trust moneys, or

(c)for the custody, care and use of public stores.
