IN exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for Transport by Section 133 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004(Act 683), these Regulations are made this 28th day of May, 2012.

Registration

1. Register

The Licensing Authority shall keep and maintain a register for the registration of a motor vehicle and a trailer in the form that the Licensing Authority may determine.

2. Application to register

(1)A person who intends to register a motor vehicle or a trailer shall
(a)submit to the Licensing Authority an application, in dupli- cate, duly completed as specified in Form A, Al or B in the First Schedule, or in any other form determined by the Licensing Authority; and
(b)pay to the Licensing Authority the fee specified in the Fifth Scehdule.
