IN exercise of the power conferred on the National Security Council by section 41 of the Security and Intelligence Agencies Act, 1996 (Act 526), these Regulations are made this 15th day of December, 2015.

1. Application of Regulations

(1)These Regulations apply to an employee of the Bureau.

(2)Despite subregulation (1), the Bureau shall specify the terms and conditions of service of an employee on special contract, in the letter of appointment of that employee.
