IN exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for Tourism by section 48 of the Tourism Act, 2011 (Act 817) and on therecommendations of the Board, these Regulations are made this 30th day of August, 2019.

Registration and licensing of travel trade enterprise

1. Registration of travel trade enterprise

(1)A person who intends to operate a travel trade enterprise shall register the enterprise with the Authority in accordance with sections 25, 26, 27 and 28 of the Act.

(2)An application for registration of a travel trade enterprise shall be made in writing as set out in Forms One A, B, C, D or E of the First Schedule
