In exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for Local Government and Rural Development by subsection (1) of section 232 of the Local Governance Act, 2016 (Act 936)

General Provisions

1. Regulation 1 - Application of Regulations

(1)These Regulations apply to an agency under the Ministry and a District Assembly.

(2)These Regulations do not apply to a Ministry, Department or an Agency, unless the context otherwise requires.
