IN exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for the Interior, acting on the advice of the Board and in consultation with the Minister responsible for Agriculture, by paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section 112 of the Narcotics Control Commission Act, 2020 (Act 1019), these Regulations are made this 8th day of November, 2023.Preliminary Provisions
