IN exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for Local Govenrment by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Local Governance Act, 2016 (Act 936), this Instrument is made this 21st day of December 2023.

1. Establishment of Assembly

There is established by this Instrument a District Assembly to be known as the Mpohor-Fiase District Assembly referred to in this Instrument as the "Assembly" for the electoral areas specified in the First Schedule.

2. Composition of the Assembly .

(1)The Assembly shall consist of the following members:

(a)the District Chief Executive;
