IN exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for National Security by section 48 of the Security and Intelligence Agencies Act, 2020 (Act 1030) these Regulations are made this 12th day of March, 2024.

Preliminary Proiisions

1. Purpose of Regulations

The purpose of these Regulations is to provide for
(a)the divisions of the Research Department;
(b)conditions of service of staff of the Department;
(c)matters on discipline of staff;
(d)matters relating to reporting procedures; and
(e)matters relating to the Scheme of Service.

2. Application of Regulations

(1)These Regulations apply to staff of the Department.
