IN exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for the Environment and in consultation with the Board under paragraph (h) of section 43 of the Environmental Protection Act, 2025 (Act 1124), these Regulations are made this 20th day of March, 2025.

1. Regulation 3 of L. I. 2462 amended

The Environmental Protection (Mining in Forest Reserves) Regulations, 2022 (L. I. 2462) is amended in regulation 3 by the revocation of subregulation (2).
