IN exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for Energy by subparagraph (iii) of paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section 56 of the Energy Commission Act, 1997 (Act 541) and paragraph (j) of section 50 of the Renewable Energy Act, 2011 (Act 832) and on the recommendation of the Board, these Regulations are made this 23rd day of June, 2025.
