AN ACT to provide for the transfer of rights, assets and liabilities for the Tema Corporation and for related matters.

1. Transfer of rights, assets and liabilities of Corporation

(1)The rights, assets and liabilities of the Tema Corporation established under the Tema Corporation Ordinance, 1952 (No. 35 of 1952) shall be deemed to have been transferred to the Tema Development Corporation established under the Tema Development, Corporation Act, 1963 (Act 158) on the 1st day of October, 1962.[The date on which the Tema Development Corporation Act, 1963 (Act 158) came into force.]
