IN pursuance of the National Redemption Council (Establishment) Proclamation, 1972 this Act is hereby made.

1. Application of Act 322 to Tema Development Corporation

The State Housing Corporation (Ejectment) Act, 1970 (Act 322) shall with such modifications as may be necessary and such other modifications as the National Redemption Council may by legislative instrument direct apply to the Tema Development Corporation.

2. Act 159 repealed

The Tema Corporation (Ejectments) Act, 1963 (Act 159) is hereby repealed.
