AN ACT to provide for the measures to be taken for the development of Ghanaian enterprises and ensure the participation by Ghanaian enterprises in the economy and for related matters.

Establishment of Enterprises Commission

1. The Enterprises Development Commission

(1)There is hereby established a commission to be known as the Enterprises Development Commission.

(2)The Commission is a body corporate, with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
