IN pursuance of the provisional National Defence Council (Establishment) Proclamation l981 this Law is hereby made:

The Volta River Development Act, 1961 (Act 46), as amended, is hereby further amended by the substitution for paragraph (c) (iii) of subsection (1) of section 10 thereof of the following new paragraph:"(iii) any other consumer in Ghana elsewhere under any arrangements agreed upon between the Government, the Authority and the Electricity Corporation of Ghana;"
