AN ACT to provide for the establishment of a Commission responsible for promoting national culture and creative education based on national tradition and values through various programmes and institution-building.

1. Establishment Of National Commission On Culture.

(1)There is hereby established a National Commission on Culture (hereafter referred to as "the Commission").

(2)Except as otherwise provided in this Law, the Commission shall be responsible to the Council through the Office of the Chairman of the Committee of Secretaries.

2. Functions Of The Commission.
