1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Registration of Documents Act.2. Interpretation
In this Act, except where the context otherwise requires—"advanced electronic signature" means an electronic signature which is—(a)uniquely linked to the signatory;(b)capable of identifying the signatory;(c)created using means that the signatory may maintain under his or her sole control; and(d)linked to the data to which it relates in such a manner that any subsequent change to the data may be detectable;"book" includes an electronic book, a portion of a book, and also any number of sheets connected together with a view to forming a book or portion of a book;"electronic signature" means data in electronic form affixed to or logically associated with other electronic data which may…Read the Full Legislation on judy.legal
