1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Girl Guides Act.2. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—“Association” means the Girl Guides Association incorporated under the Royal Charter granted on the 14th December, 1922;“Commissioner” means the person holding or acting in the office of Commissioner for Girl Guides for Kenya;“Girl Guide” means a Warranted Officer, Ranger, Girl Guide or Brownie recognized as such under the rules of the Association and includes all officers of the Association;“rules of the Association” means the rules relating to the Association contained in the book entitled “Rules, Policy and Organization”, as from time to time amended, and subject to any variations sanctioned in due form in accordance wit…Read the Full Legislation on judy.legal
