1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Government Proceedings Act.

2. Interpretation

(1)In this Act, except where the context otherwise requires—“agent”, when used in relation to the Government, includes an independent contractor employed by the Government;“armed forces” means the military, naval and air forces of the Republic and includes any person who, although not a member of any of those forces, is servin…
