1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Privileges and Immunities Act.

2. Interpretation

(1)In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—“Commonwealth country” means any country to which, for the time being, section 95 of the Constitution applies;“consular officer” means a person, including the head of a consular post, entrusted in that capacity with the exercise of consular functions and any person in the se…
