1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the St. John Ambulance of Kenya Act.2. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—“Association” means the Association Branch of the St. John Ambulance Foundation operating in Kenya and includes all ambulance, nursing and cadet divisions of the Brigade;“Council” means the Council of the Order of St. John in Kenya established on the 10th June, 1953, and now constituted or as hereinafter constituted in accordance with the Rules;“Order” means the Grand Priory of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem;“Rules” means the Rules made pursuant to section 9 and for the time being in force, but includes at the com…Read the Full Legislation on judy.legal
