1. These Rules may be cited as the Public Roads and Roads of Access Rules.2. When an application is made to a board for leave to construct a road in pursuance to subsection (1) of section 9 of the Act, a fee of thirty shillings shall accompany such application.3. Notification by a board to the Registrar of Titles under subsection (1) of section 12 of the Act shall be in Form 1 in the Schedule to these Rules, and shall be accompanied by the form of application for registration prescribed by or under the Act under which the land is registered.4.
