ORDERS UNDER SECTION 3

1. This Order may be cited as the Extradition (Australia) Order, 1969.2. The Commonwealth of Australia is designated as a designated Commonwealth country for the purposes of the Act.3. For the purposes of this Order any territory for the external relations of which the Commonwealth of Australia is responsible shall be treated as part of the Commonwealth of Australia._________________________________
