1. These Regulations may be cited as the Registration of Documents (Fees) Regulations and shall come into operation on the 26th August, 1994.2. The fees levied for services under the Act shall be as set out in the Schedule.[L.N. 54/2008, r. 2, L.N. 8/2010, r. 2.]3. The fees prescribed by these Regulations include the provision of the photostat copy prescribed by the Act.4. The Government miscellaneous receipts shall be issued upon payment of the fees for services levied under the Act.[L.N. 54/2008, r. 3, L.N. 8/2010, r. 3.]
