1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Fees Regulations, 1999.2. (i) The fees for the issue of a passport shall be—(a) three thousand shillings for a thirty-two page passport;(b) four thousand five hundred shillings for a forty-eight page passport;(c) six thousand shillings for a diplomatic passport;(d) three thousand shillings for a service passport;(e) nine hundred shillings for the East African Passport.(ii) A passport issued shall be valid for a period of ten years and shall not be renewable.[L.N. 166/2006, r. 2.]3.
