1. These Regulations may be cited as the Retirement Benefits (Forms and Fees) Regulations.2. Application for registration as a custodian in accordance with section 23(1) of the Act shall be in Form A1 set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations.3. The certificate of registration to be issued by the Authority in accordance with section 23(4) of the Act shall be in Form C1 set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations.4.
