1. Citation

These Rules may be cited as The Universities (Co-ordination of Post Secondary School Institutions for University Education) Rules.

2. Interpretation

In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires—“Committee” means the Inspection Committee established by rule 4;“co-ordination” includes registration, categorization, standardization, validation, harmonisation and supervision of post secondary school institutions;“course standards” means the standards prescribed under rule 10;“diploma” means a qualificatio…
