1. This Order may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Petroleum Oils) (Remission) Order, 2004.2. The remissions, under section 139(1)(g) of the Act, on excise duty on petroleum oils refined in Kenya are limited to the maximum amounts set out in the Schedule.
