1. This Order may be cited as the Privileges and Immunities (World Organization for Animal Health)(OIE)) Order.2. The World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), in this Order referred to as "the Organization" being a Sub-Regional non-profit making body and non-political organization with which the Government of Kenya has entered into an agreement for co-operation, is declared to be an organization to which section 11 of the Act shall apply.3.
