1. Citation
These Rules may be cited as the Standards Tribunal (Practice and Procedure) Rules.2. Interpretation
In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires—“Act” means the Standards Act (Cap. 496);“appellant” means any person who has filed an appeal to the Tribunal;“business day” means any day except Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.;“Bureau” means the Kenya Bureau of Standards as established under section 3 of the Act;“chairperson” means the person appointed as the chairperson of the Tribunal in accordance with section 16A. of the Act;“Council” means the National Standards Council as established under section 6 of the …Read the Full Legislation on judy.legal
