1. Citation

This Order may be cited as The Kenya Technical Trainers College Order, 2014.

2. Interpretation

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—"Act" means the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Act, 2013;"Cabinet Secretary" means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for technical and vocational education and training;"Council" means the Council for Kenya Technical Trainers College constituted under paragraph 5 of this Order;"financial year" means the financial year of the Kenya Technical Trainers Col…
