IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 40(f) of the Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Act, the Board, with the approval of the Cabinet Secretary for Health, makes the following Regulations:THE MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIANS AND TECHNOLOGTSTS (ELECTTON) REGULATTONS, 2015.

Part I – PRELIMINARY

1. Citation.

These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists (Election) Regulations, 2015.
