1. This Order may be cited as the Privileges and Immunities (Partnership for Economic Policy) Order.2. The Partnership for Economic Policy, in this Order referred to as "the Partnership", being a non-profit international organization with the primary objective of supporting developing countries in building local capacities in research and economic policy analysis in the Africa Region, is hereby declared to be an organization to which section II of the Act shall apply.3.
