IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Air Passenger Service Charge Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury makes the following Regulations:-

1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Air Passenger Service Charge (Variation of Service Charge) Regulations, 2016.

2. The Air passenger Service Charge Act, is amended in section 3 by-

(a)deleting the word "forty" appearing in subsection (l)(a) and substituting therefor the word "fifty"; and

(b)deleting the word "five" appearing in subsection (1)(b) and substituting therefor the word "six".
