1. Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Political Parties (Staff Mortgage and Car Loan Scheme) Regulations.2. Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—"borrower/applicant" means the Registrar of Political Parties or a member of staff of the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties in receipt of a loan out of the Scheme;"Committee" means the Staff Mortgage and Car Loan Advisory Committee established under regulation 7 of these Regulations;"equity release" means a loan facility to assist property owners to obtain cash from value of their residential property;"financial year" means the period of twelve months ending on the 30th June of each year;"fund accountability statement" means the basic financial statement …Read the Full Legislation on judy.legal
