1. Citation
These Guidelines may be cited as the Mining (Work Programmes and Exploration Reports) Guidelines.2. Interpretation
In these Guidelines, unless the context otherwise requires—“Act” means the Mining Act (Cap. 306);“applicant” means a person who applies for a reconnaissance licence, prospecting permit, prospecting licence or retention licence; and“holder” means a person who has been granted a reconnaissance licence prospecting permit, prospecting licence or retention licence.3.
