WHEREAS the Government of Kenya wishes to establish an institution in the name of Kaimosi Friends University situated in Vihiga County in the Republic of Kenya;AND WHEREAS the said Kaimosi Friends University has applied to the Commission for University Education, for the grant of a Charter to provide for the establishment, control, governance and administration of the University and for connected purposes, in the manner prescribed by the Universities Act, 2012;AND WHEREAS the Commission for University Education has visited and inspected the said the institution, and is satisfied that the objects of the Kaimosi Friends University are consistent with the advancement of university education in Kenya;AND WHEREAS the Commission for University Education is als…
