1. Citation
These Rules may be cited as the Scrap Metal Dealers Rules.2. Interpretation
In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires—"Act" means the Scrap Metal Act (Cap. 503);"agent" has the meaning assigned to it under the Act;"Cabinet Secretary" means the Cabinet Secretary responsible for matters relating to industrialization;"collector" means a person appointed by a licence to operate as a mobile collector in a designated area to gather, collect and buy scrap metal in order to sell to a licensed agent or dealer in quantities that do not exceed three thousand kilograms per transaction;"Council" means the Scrap Metal Council established under section 3 of the Act;"director" has the meaning…Read the Full Legislation on judy.legal
