1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Pest Control Products (Labelling, Advertising and Packaging) Regulations, 2024.

2. Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—"advertisement" means any visual or oral communication, representation, reference or notification which is intended to—

(a)promote or persuade the sale or use of a pest control product;

(b)appeal for, promote or persuade the support of a pest control product;

(c)promote content of display material, labels, brochures, pamphlets, and packaging of a pest control product;

“bulk container” means a packaging material of the size not less than fifty kilograms or litres;“causative agent” means an organism that is responsible for bringing about a di…
