1. Citation.

These Rules may be cited as the Central Depositories (Regulation of Central Depositories) (Amendment) Rules, 2025.

2. Sub. Leg.

The Second Schedule to the Central Depositories (Regulation of Central Depositories) Rules, is amended by deleting item 1 and the corresponding rate and substituting therefor the following new item—Deposit levy for Ksh. 150 per transaction on counter subject to a issuers minimum of Ksh. 50,000 and maximum of Ksh. 5,000,000 per annum, payable quarterly
