IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 147 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry, upon consultation with the relevant lead agencies, makes the following Regulations—THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND CO-ORDINATION (STRATEGIC AND INTEGRATED ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL AUDITS) REGULATIONS, 2025
