1. Prohibition of sale, etc., of counterfeit and fake drugs and unwholesome processed foods

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any enactment or law, any person who-

(a)produces, imports, manufactures, sells, distributes or is in possession of; or

(b)sells or displays for the purpose of sale; or

(c)aids or abets any person to produce, import, manufacture, sell, distribute or display for the purpose of sale,
