An Act to establish the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency for the purpose, among others, of providing air transport services in Nigeria and generally securing the safety, efficiency and regularity of air navigation.

Part I – Establishment of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency

1. Establishment of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency

(1)There is hereby established a body to be known as the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (in this Act referred to as "the Agency").

(2)The Agency shall-

(a)be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal;

(b)may sue or be sued in its corporate name; and

(c)own, hold or dispose of property (whether movable or immovable).
